Experts say that recent missile tests by Iran, in which it detonated warheads at high altitudes, may be part of the development of an electromagnetic pulse (or EMP) weapon. Dr. William Graham, who heads up the committee to assess the threat of an EMP attack on the United States, testified before congress last week that such a scenario is the only plausible explanation for Iran’s activities. Back in the 70s Hal Lindsey wrote a book entitled “The Late Great Planet Earth”. It dealt with end time biblical prophecies. I think it is time someone wrote a book entitled “The Late Great American Nation”. In my opinion, we are headed away from our previous position of a major world power. Oh, it won’t come next week or next month, but it is coming. If you look at history, you’ll find no free country lasted more than 200 years before starting its decline as a world power. Almost always, it started with a decline in morality. I think it was the historian Gibbons who said that. Here are a few things which have happened in the past few decades which foreshadow our demise as a major nation.
